A Manual for the Unfinished

this work unfolds through the creation of a world born between a set of ideas and the encounter of unknown people. what emerges from the process is yet to be discovered: a search for individual identities and the collective construction of a universe that fluctuates between realism and surrealism, theatricality and abstraction, drama and absurdity. drawing from the elements of everyday life, we will shape intricate worlds with vivid physical textures, giving life to characters and situations that exist somewhere between the familiar and the unreal. i will also introduce specific physical materials rooted in floorwork, offering distinct textures and approaches that can be woven into the emerging world of the piece.

the description reflects an artist’s idea which was developed at the time it was submitted to b12. it may have changed by the time the workshop or the performance project is starting. please stay flexible. thank you!
